Berry pops! Yum!
•One cup Nonfat Greek mixed berry yogurt
•Half cup of raspberry sherbet
•Any piece of fruit of your choosing (I added about 1/4 cup of blueberries)
Combine yogurt and fruit together and pour in any container of your choosing to get the shape that you want.
Next, spoon out the sherbet in a microwavable safe bowl and heat until slightly melted. Pour on top of the yogurt. Push a popsicle stick into the center. (The mixture will be thick enough to where the popsicle stick will not need any support.)
Freeze overnight and enjoy as a breakfast pop or as an afternoon snack!
